Tortillas are handmade. Meat is your choice — pastor, asada, pollo, birria or chorizo, with tripa, cabeza and lengua available for an extra charge. Aguas frescas are poured fresh. It is the same food whether you are standing at the window in Burien or having it sent to South Colby.
